Couldn't agree any less. I really think this album walks the tightrope of experimentalism vs. listenability possibly better than any other ive ever heard. However this album needs very close listening. A constant nodding head or bobbing foot is essential to stay locked into these rhythms, but when you do the payoff is huge. Moments like the first bass drum appearing in the opening track were full eye widening, gun finger moments. And then after the album tinkles away through mind warping percussion for however long, it then closes with a joyous symphony of percussion and melody with the final track. This album is absoloutely stunning in my opinion!
