Bootleg release. Mock-up of Live concert taping. Very poor quality sound recording, sounds as if cut from a cassette tape recording.

Track 4.04: incorrectly titled as Child In His Eyes, is actually The Man With The Child In His Eyes.

Track 4.05: Not listed on coversheet tracklist, but is Don't Push Your Foot On The Heartbrake.

Comes in thick plain white generic sleeve with black and white photocopied sheet of paper inserted between plastic shrinkwrap and the actual heavy cardboard sleeve. Features a photo of Kate Bush on 3/4s of the right-hand side, and on the left-side, has the title, tracklist, and Asian language script & logo, which says "International Record" underneath the logo.

B-sides of both LPs say on labels:
"A Rare Collection Of Vintage Classics"
Special Surprise issue!

A-Sides say "OZ".

The "Reformation" label is unknown if it is a genuine label dealing in bootlegs, or is an example of a mock label on the paper labels of the B-sides of the two LPs.
