If the item in your own stock has no picture insert (and only the record sleeve which comes with every record anyway) the sleeve should be tagged as 'none' or 'generic' or the like but definitely not 'VG+' if it doesn't even exist. And does a generic sleeve that can easily be switched require a grading at all unless it is in some way unique to the release ? You should make necessary changes asap to avoid selling to a very disappointed and perhaps angered buyer whose mother-tongue is not English who could easily misunderstand the description and expect the uploaded picture issue.
