My copy has all the above identifiers, except the 'Fabricado en Espana'... instead it has 'Fabricado por Columbia'. Initially I thought this was a Colombian pressing but it obviously relates to Columbia Records, not the country... a shame as I liked the Colombia / Keef link! It has a dark green label with silver print and a boxed Decca logo.
