I am one of those who thinks that, asside a few exception (Brian Eno, Francis Dhomont and a few more I still haven't heard), the vast majority of electronic music released in the mid-80's sounds quite dated now. But I got really surprised to see how good this compilation gets; Airy melodies, meditative mood, timeless arrangements, subtle changes...This evocative music paved the way for artists like Susumu Yokota (Sakura & Grinning Cat). It's perfect music for daydreaming and lazy afternoons.
