What a relief! A great pressing. I had a bad experience with the 2017 2LP+EP reissue - https://www.discogs.com/Danger-Doom-The-Mouse-And-The-Mask/release/10229848 - ended up having to send 3 consecutive copies back to a popular online retailer (they were selling for £15, which should have given the game away) because they sounded so terrible. Like a distorted mp3 file. This pressing sounds like a record. Great sleeve design too.

This album is great. Artwork, pressing, all of it.I have little faith of it happening.......but, I got a copy of this used and it didn't come with the insert. If anyone has a trashed record or finds one......I'd buy it!

Just wanted to say I'm pretty happy with my copy. Unique packaging and better than other pressings on heavier vinyl. Worth it.

Really like this reissue never had a original press, but this sounds clear, fun and inspired, enjoyed the art and packaging wish more releases utilised this sort of art direction with their LPs, to anyone hesitant like I was its worth investment.

Completely agree with the positive comments here. Not the heaviest pressing but excellent sound quality. The 'noise' some have stated is part of the recording. In fact this vinyl is much clearer than the digital version.

The sound on this pressing is excellent. Sounds punchy and full. The thin vinyl has no bearing on the sound quality in this case. It sounds better than a lot of 180 g pressings.

Surprised to hear reports of anything less than spectacular sound quality. My copy sounds absolutely amazing. Warping/damaging of the records from shipping would be the only thing I could understand. You guys do know the beats themselves are full of vinyl surface noise/static intentionally on this album, right? Don't mean to insult anybody, just want to make sure you know it is supposed to have a ton of surface noise and sounds the same on the digital version. And yes, the discs are standard weight... gasp! It doesn't take a 180 gram disc to make music sound great people.Personally, I'm over the moon that they did an exact repress of the original UK pressing of this album back in 2005. It is exactly what I would wish for in a repress, and my copy sounds just as perfect as my original, minus a lot of wear and tear.

even them crispy sounds threw the skits? I've been listening to this album for years and never noticed it, maybe I'm wrong... maybe I came across a shitty one...

can somebody tell me why it is listed as "deluxe edition"? whats different from the og pressing?

It's deluxe due to artwork on the album + sleeve. The music is the same.

Uhg anyone in USA get damaged shipment from Lex Records UK? managed to damage the vinyl the gash was so big..

These pressings are very thin. I'm not all too familiar with the process of creating the vinyl but my pressing is pretty suppressed, static sounding. Have heard reports of some pressings being warped.
