CRUSH THE SIGHT-SEERS, a little-known EP from Delarosa and Asora, certainly has a lot going for it. The opening grain of "Ossabaw" quickly gives way to a bucolic IDM melody that chugs along blissfully, while "OSS.BW" drifts along on sustained tones with a glitchiness agitating beneath it. "Airbrush (Clogged)" brings in some vocals textures, though these are subsumed under the plinking overhead, and "Vs. Boah" has a touch more hip-hop in its attitude. A strong-but-short piece of work.

An absolutely breathtaking release. The first track has that BOC nostalgic feeling, once the fisher price melody comes in. Ambient, spacious, and disjointed all at the same time. This release has all the typical MPC pitter-patterings we've grown to love from Scott Herren.
