Not sure why, but it sounds a bit dated for 1996. Even happy hardcore (what this mostly closely resembles circa 1992) had changed most of its core sound by that year, IIRC.

yes i agree very early sounding like maybe 92-93 may be intentional no idea but still i think its a good record overall
