Hands down one of my favourite releases on Kye yet. Strangely harmonic and eerily textured but dosed with the sardonic humour all but required on Kye releases. The confusion it leaves the listener with is not over its quality (undoubtedly excellent), but rather in its role as a sort of tragicomedy. An appropriate tack for a group named for a particularly destructive means of caloric consumption and lifting its song titles (the music itself?) from a 14th century plainsong composer.Better yet, the financial advice it doles out is as accurate as that of any active investment advisor!
