In 2004/05, this dropped with the appeal of a fresh New- Jazz crossover from seasoned veterans Karizma & Kris Clayton, albeit with hints of the signature Ricanstruction percussion edge a la Frankie Feliciano. FFWD 10 years & this is fast becoming a timeless piece- a deep bomb with no cobwebs. The bassline on 'Mornin' backed with haunting filtered antique strings is nothing short of perfect, while S.I.L.U's intelligent broken drums & sampled/layered keys is simple & equally potent. Understated, yet time proven. 10/10
