The official Wikipedia page for this album says that tracks 1-12 are remixes of the originals from the first "Disclaimer" album, but I've listened to all of them from both "Disclaimers" and I haven't been able to hear a single difference. Do I just need really high-end headphones to spot all the slight changes, because obviously I must be missing something if not.

Ah, so it's just a slightly different mix from a different producer. Thanks for clearing that up, I didn't catch that credit the first time around.
  • Hudora
Look at the credits. Disclaimer was mixed by Jay Baumgardner, whereas Disclaimer II was mixed by Bob Marlette. What most likely happened was Bob Marlette took the original recorded tracks (engineered by Dan Certa for Disclaimer) and mixed them himself.
