Cool exploratory doooooom drone that often sounds like someone recorded a swarm of bees and then slowly turned the RPM knob up and down between 10 and 24 RPM's. The LP is unsettling with its atonal violin, chirping violin, chiming violin, sawblade violin, unearthly chamber violin, some of Aelter's expansive eerie Morricone western drones, sedulous feedback, I think some actual chimes, hissing amplifier venom, grating 1930's-movies-castle-doors-opening-type-sounds, and apparently a tractor...yes...a tractor...but it's an evil tractor, in fact, this tractor apparently toured with Sunn and opened up for Boris back in the day. A good LP to play awkwardly loud in the morning to start your day off in an eerie, somewhat confusing, rumbling, weirdly-wonderful way. Recommended for ruining weddings!
