Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (S/T4161) - the mono version has "T-4161" on beige 'strobe' label, while the stereo has "ST-4161" on green 'strobe' label. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve - one of the last WRC LPs to feature one - they were generally phased out from 1965.
