Notes

Although, normally I am not greatly in favour of compilation albums, I was pleased for two reasons when I was asked to choose the titles for this compilation album entitled "Full House" – firstly because all the band leaders of the various orchestras involved are personal friends of mine and secondly because the album gives Sequence Dancers the opportunity both to dance and to enjoy listening to the different bands.

I have selected tracks from albums which were produced for pure Ballroom and Latin American dancers and, of course, normally these tracks are out of sequence on the original discs and so Sequence Dancers would not not buy them. However, on all albums there are some tracks suitable for sequence dancing and I have gathered these together to make up "Full House" which I hope will give you many hours of pleasure.

The musical content and the way the various orchestras play have made selecting this album an interesting and most enjoyable task and I sincerely hope that "Full House" will be played many times to Full Houses everywhere.

Sincerely

Bryan Smith
