"Work It Out", a Hed Boys production, is extremely similar to their 'Post-Op Mix' on this M People release.

I recommend a listen to this EP on the song "centurion love theme" alone. The rest is good, but the Love theme is unique and excellent. It reminds me a bit of the Detroit Electro, mixed with italian 70's synth string ensemble sound, and the underlay is some classic breakbeats, probably mixed to tape from the Ultimate breaks and beats series. I got this in a pile from Goodwill, but I can't determine how rare it is, but I have not seen it before, or heard it on radio, or club here in Canada, but since I have had it, I've been using it in my sets on occasion!!
