Celeste - The Complete Recordings (1969-1977)Very odd that this box set is titled "The Complete Recordings" as it is anything but. All that is complete here (and by Celeste) is the original album and the LP version of their second. The rest is either not Celeste, or selected oddments from other releases! It does add up to a pretty good collection, although I do wonder who it is aimed at.If the above track listing isn't clear enough, here's what you get...CD1: Il Sistema "Il Viaggio Senza Andata" = compilation of tracks from Mellow Records LP & CD versions (8 out of 10 tracks off the CD, plus 2 from the LP set).CD2: Celeste "Principe Di Un Giorno" complete album.CD3: Celeste "II" - "Prince Of One Day" = complete Celeste "II" LP version, followed by a selection of tracks from the original CD and the "I Suoni In Una Sfera" soundtrack.CD4: St. Tropez (2) (ex Celeste) complete "Icarus" album.It is advertised as "...and rare tracks" but as far as I can tell this has all been released before, the only CD premieres being the two Il Systema LP tracks.
