Carpenter Brut - Leather Teeth flac mp3 download

Absolutely great album....I had my volume rather loud from playing another cd, put this one in and the opening tune almost blew me out of my socks.....glorious stuff!Less electro and more guitars.....yeah so? Not making the exact same records is a big plus.....can't handle guitars, boooohoooo....they very much add to the overall sound in my opinion. Other people would call the electro parts of Carpenter brut cheesy as cheese. In this 'genre' bands/artists tend to sound the same. Catpenter brut, along with a couple of others, sets itself a firm step above the rest with the output. As a 'metal fan' (I listen to lots more too) and oldschool electro fan (because/and kid of the 80's) I frigging love this!!!

Is Carpenter Brut dead ?I'm a big fan of Trilogy, it's a masterpiece ! but this...common this is serious ? Each track is more a pain to listen to, I gave it a try several times, nothing touched me in this release, maybe Monday Hunt that did not bleed my ears.it still feels like a bunch of crazy satanic choirs group with crazy guitars/synths, but they're bored and so they're making boring music.Carpenter Brut said years ago in an interview that he was making "electro rigolo"Yes, this is "electro rigolo", Trilogy was fun and electro sounding. should say "metal rigolo" for Leather Teeth. but it becomes uninteresting and boring. too much guitars and choirs, too much cheesy metal rock sounding in all tracks, feel a lot "tourner en rond".On the other side I guess they found their sound and mass public with live experience transition. It's well done and sounds excellent, it's a hard rock band tuning 80s movies soundtrack and ambiance, and for that it's unique.But what makes me sad more than this album and the vibe way they're taking is the disgust hype around the physical supports...limited editions, clear, black, pink...yeah yeah...big fap for rats.I was clearly happy to buy my copy of Trilogy first print at a normal price (36e) at the time (and it's still sealed), I didn't realized it was that limited and saw this huge abberation months later. now the first print is between 150-300e. I will not buy anything more from CB, more he becomes famous, more his stuff (and public) becomes soulless. SAD
