Another biggy from the fog area massive....as Mark EG once said they deserve a gold medal for their contributions to the hard trance genre!! it was releases like this which put them where they were in the mid to late 90s. Provide is the pick for me, features on Mark EG & M-Zone back2back at HS Human Nature 1998, the bassline is pretty thumping for a 98 fog release so goes well with your faster paced mid 90s stuff, until the breakdown where it all happens the heightened sample intensifies as the track goes on which coupled toegtehr with the bassline forms the main part of the track. I try and fade this out until the 2nd breakdown as you get the "stereo can provide" vocals (which would also feature on dj shoko - provide on tunnel recs) and the track loses all momentum by then, do what M-Zone use to do and bring Genlog - Airwalk or Cenith X - Feel out of...goes down a treat. The flipside phase the base was played by Mark EG @ HH Independence Day 1998, this will appeal to the edm, makina jocks alot more, to be honest its not my cup of tea, i hate the cheesey "phase the base there's no disgrace" chipmunk-esque vocals [God i thought we'd got rid of them by 1998!] and the riff is a bit cheesey so id swerve people towards provide instead, another one to add on Arne's CV ;)
