Hands down the best sounding record I own. I was floored when I first listened to this on vinyl. Worth every penny at almost any cost.

I have 2 copies of the original Japanese pressing of this album, both with Obi and all inserts. However, when I try to add the WLP version to the data base, I cannot do so. The Japan LP Promotional Sample of the original press is not in the database. I keep getting messages about avoiding duplication (no possibility at all, the Japan WLP isn't on there already) and something about 'Identifiers'. If Discogs isn't really interested in expanding its database then neither am I. I have many releases (Japanese) that nobody else has registered on Discogs and I have successfully added a good number of them in the past number of weeks. I even added 4 photos of this WLP release which verify the position clearly. A friend of mine who is both an audiophile and collector of long standing tells me that he has never heard a better version of the record than my 1972 WLP Japan copy. He has a first U.S. pressing and a 'killer' high end audio system. Very frustrating that my 'good' intention' of expanding the database (that's what we all want, right?) is being prevented by Discogs' software. The regular listing of the release has a photograph of the album sleeve but no Obi. Both of my copies have Obis.

Finally a good Rainbo pressing, as a company like LITA likely demands more QC from their manufacturing partners. Mastering by John Golden is also faithful to the original release (and I have one.) This reissue is recommended.

This absolutely classic record is among the finest deep loving dancing groove blues outings of all. Hudson, Danko, Helm and Manual join Bobby and a crew of luminary country and blue aficionados to create a clear till now 'road not take' masterpiece for these Band members. Not to be missed, all who venture here will see and know how sweet it is. Absolute cream. AAAA
