Although this release is to be known as "Kerri", the handwriting on the label says "Cerri". Perhaps a (maybe even intended) typo by the producer of this track.

This white label was only sold at selected recordstores.

According to resident advisor:
"Feeling particularly inspired after a seven-hour Kerri Chandler set at Plan B in Brixton last year, one anonymous young Londoner took it upon himself to channel all the subsequent energy, respect and adulation felt into a single side of white label wax.

It's important to note that not only is "Kerri" a record inspired by Chandler conceptually, but also stylistically. What's more, this is Chandler at the very peak of his King Street days, all big, bold house stabs, crisp, swinging kicks and a wealth of soulful dance floor grooves. Made within a few days of the gig, one can almost taste the young producer's nostalgic enthusiasm as he strips the elements apart and proceeds to rebuild them, one by one, to devastating effect. To give this story the happy ending it deserves, "Kerri" is genuinely, hand on heart, a record the man himself would be proud to call his own."
