Released with quad-fold booklet inserted into the jewel case. The booklet contains lyrics on almost every page, except the last three panels which include thank yous to all the different members of the band and to others who helped in the making of the album, then a verse from the Bible on the last panel.

In the thank yous of the booklet, "many thanks to each of the following...you guys are the best in the business!!
