Not a great remix. Totally misses the industrial power of the original Stoked Up mix. The track worked because of it's long build up reaching the major break at the end.

I just wanted to add here that you should be wary when buying this because the vinyl itself was pressed with a bigger hole in the center meaning it plays wonky and you will hear that in any rip of this or any download store copy.I have got 4 copies of this now and each one had the pressing issue in the center

Twilo Thunder sounds like that on my copy, like its warped. Beetlejuice plays fine on the otherside though,

Common issue easily resolved with ring binder reinforcement stickers. They cost about £1 for a pack.

Just tried my copy, as I'd never noticed this issue. The hole on my copy has possibly about half a millimeter play in it, if that. Certainly not enough to be audible to my ears!

For the hardtrancers out there many will recall twilo thunder from dj m-zone's set at helter skelter - "nightlife" 1999 in the technodrome, for the rest of you this is a sasha/digweed classic. Twilo thunder was played by sasha @ Ally Pally NYE 1998, its a typical prog breeder track when they could do nothing wrong, it gets a bit messed up after the break for me and looses direction [just my opinion] but prior to that its good prog trance, features on GU009 and mixes well with other breeder tracks and paragliders change me and fluid recs tracks. Beetlejuice 4 features on Nick Warren's GU Budapest cd, although I like version 4 its the version Sasha played on his essential mix which is the best better version [which im assuming was never released] its less trance and more progressive, can anyone tell me which version this mix is? All in all another belter from Blades & Noble, who were happy to only make tracks from sasha and diggers....lucky bastards!

Progressive House/Trance fan criticises track for losing focus. That's absolutely hilarious.

It sounds like the Angel Dust (Rhythm Syndicate mix) that was on Anthony Pappa's Renaissance mix from '98-'99. I've scoured the net high and low for that one to no avail. It's essentially a mash of Twilo Thunder riffs and Beetlejuice, most likely a pre release mix that never saw the light of day. I found Simon Noble on LinkedIn and hopefully he'll send me a reply on that one, in the meantime I'm working on recreating it from those two tracks, hard work though, if I ever get it to a decent level I can give you a heads up.
