Notes
Released circa 1974 as JBJ-1000. "JBJ" is an acronym for Country Cavaleers manager John Centinaro, Buddy Good and James Marvell. According to Buddy Good, the master tapes for this album were lost in a house fire. It's unclear where it was recorded, but it was probably cut at Jack Clement's Nashville studio and was designed to be a demo album of the Country Cavaleers' most recent material as they looked for a record deal after releasing their one MGM single in 1973.. The Country Cavaleers' work for Country Showcase America was produced by Ricci Mareno, who was producing country singer Tommy Overstreet at the same time with Charlie Black and Jerry Gillespie. Most likely, the album was cut with some of the same Nashville studio musicians who played on Overstreet's recordings on Dot Records, which were done at Clement's studio. Copies came with a promotional packet that contained photos of Good and Marvell. An exceptionally brief album even by country standards, it runs 24:30.Related The Country Cavaleers - Presenting the Country Cavaleers mp3 / flac albums:
