I think the country of release is incorrect, the disc label clearly shows "Made in Germany"

I'll have to take you word about never being sold in Germany however, why wouldn't a label market a product with English liner notes for release in Germany? Perhaps targeting the very large English speaking population? Who knows.

Made in Germany, but never sold there. Created for export to Canada. Country = market of release, not place of manufacture. Liner notes are all in English; why would a German label marketing records in Germany do that?
