I absolutely love Lila Downs' music alongside Chavela Vargas in this film--they are heart wrenching and beautiful. Salma Hayek did a wonderful job in bringing these two women together. For those of you that love more traditional Mexican music this is definitely a must have! For those of you who are not familiar with Mexican music you should listen to this album and try it out. It really is worth it. The album La Sandunga is also another one you might want to listen to.
