Notes

Changesbowie releases pressed by Disque Americ come in green jewel cases. Earlier pressings were in green cases with ribbed sidebars (used for PDO/PMDC pressings too) with Made in Canada sticker on back, while later pressings (1995 and later) were released in "green tinted jewelbox" (Rykodisc's description) with transparent sidebar and Rykodisc logo injected into case's back side plastic glass.
Earliest Disque Americ pressing of Changesbowie comes without IFPI codes, but with SPARS codes (as consequence of using stocks of already printed USA inserts - "Manufactured in USA" at bottom of back insert) and non-transparent "Made in Canada" sticker to cover "Manufactured in USA" on back insert. Later Disque Americ pressings come without SPARS codes and "Manufactured in USA" on back inserts.
All Disque Americ releases come with barcodes & tray insert artwork (Bowie's photo below disc's holder).
