The blue ones were sold at gigs afaik not sure if they sold one pressing to fund the next?

Three colors of the original pressing exist to my knowledge:1. white sleeve w/ black text / pink labels / numbered sleeve2. white sleeve w/ red text / pink labels / numbered sleeve3. white sleeve w/ blue text / blue labels / unnumbered sleeveCan't say what pressing came first, but the black copies I have seen had numbers between 1 to 500 and the red copies I have seen had numbers from 500 to 1000. So probably the black copies came before red (or maybe at the same time), but I can't say anything about the blue pressing. All of those sleeves say "This is a special preview edition".
