This is NOT a bootleg. SONY has issued this promo CD. The family's claim is a LEGAL issue at the moment, but this was a legit release issued by SONY.

100% official UK radio promo CD easily identified by the Sony Music in-house promo/info/plugger sticker on the back of the wallet with contact details. NOT a bootleg - bootleggers don't go to such lengths as to print up record company style stickers.Naturally bootlegs of this will appear as so few promo singles get pressed up these days.

If the estate is debating the legality of this release, why why they say anything other than it was fake? It would ruin their legal case!

FAKE, this is a bootleg (there are several things you can notice that make it evident but I won't name them here for obvious reasons). Poor copycat pirate, you fail.
