In Manchester (UK) there used to be a shop called "Yanks" off Oxford Road. They specialised in cheap imports and had loads of cut outs. I picked a copy of it up from there around 1979 - 1981 (rough guess) especially because I thought it was a different pressing (I was still early in my collecting days 17 - 19 yo)). There were at least another 2 or 3 copies of it with the same listing on the back cover in the rack and yes mine had a cut corner (not a drill hole or a saw mark), so copies definitely made it over to the U.K. Unfortunately I sold the album without even having a clue of it's rarity (pre internet times ) a few years later, it's an album I've had a love hate relationship with and have owned 5 or 6 times on separate occasions in different formats - currently have it on boring old CD :( I f I only knew then what I know now.
