Numero started shipping pre-orders a couple of weeks ago, ahead of the "official" release date.

cmon. it has been released and shipped. maybe you are referencing to the second run (which is available now).

Numero Group regularly ships their pre-orders early, at least all the times I've pre-ordered a release from them I get it prior to street date. I believe I've always gotten the digital download almost immediately upon ordering too.
