Finally got my hands on this, in my opinion a lovely tune. Just because it´s rare you dont need to slate it. I like Part 1 better than Part 2 (that was played by Easygroove). My copy has 3/50 handwritten, so there indeed are only 50 around it seems.

What happened to the bell end trying to sell a VG copy for £300!?
  • Rainshaper
I would not let my mint copy go for less than £300....don't even use it, just sits in the racks.

tune is not that bad but would not pay over 20 pound for it..as for Ribbs.. one of the best in my opinion..

As per the credit information, Ribbs was a co-producer on this along with Dave Tidy (Brinkworth), and DJ Dren (Adrian Hendy). It was produced during a marathon session at GBH in Cornwall, in which the three of them (and others, including Colin Dale) knocked out a couple of dozen tunes, these were the only ones that made it to wax in any form to my knowledge. The three of them were more commonly known as S.A.D Productions, hence the catalogue number:S - Shaun (Ribbs' real name)A - Adrian (Hendy)D - Dave (Brinkworth)Not alot of people know that :)

A long time unknown that was heard on a handful of Easygroove sets back in late 1993. Quite an unusual track for the time, and probably a track that would have been consigned to pretty much completely unknown status if it weren’t for EG giving it the exposure he did. That said, it's an absolutely wicked tune and perfectly fits the eclectic nature of his sets. The lesser known track (Short Term Memory Loss Part 1), is very similar to its better known sibling, but more tech/strings based. Only 50 copies were ever pressed, which have now mostly disappeared somewhere into the ether, so if you see one, grab it quick!!
