Catalog number: Jacket cites "S1E-6ST" (suggesting Stereo) without modifiers, as found on all similar Canadian releases. The primary differences between them are are the form used on the labels. LP label images for this release state "1-E-6 ST(D)."

Front jacket states "sounds great in STEREO," but no other direct claims are made, so the actual status remains ambiguous.

Identical design to many also dated 1965, and has an earlier catalog number (D) than most of them.
