No simple kick drum DJ intro here, you're thrown right in with a throbbing bassline!As the track progresses towards the break, a buzzing synth lead flies around with some trippy vocal effects.Then the main vocal arrives, and with it a delicious minor key melody. Sublime in every respect, this is uplifting trance yet manages to stay 100% classy. No big, obvious arpeggiated riffs. Just a steady flow and wonderful melodies.Elles de Graaf's vocals are powerful, with clever lyrics that enwrap you. Combined with the lush music, it's a guaranteed joy every time.This track never made it big (in fact, Trance fans probably know the original instrumental version more).It was clearly far too clever to be a pop hit, but it's always a tune that I enjoy spinning.
