My June 2016 repress sounds great. Could not hear the glitch.

I bought it recently and there is no glitch either --- phew! A couple of years ago I listened to a copy in a shop that definitely had it; took a chance on a newer repress and it worked out. Maybe it is from a new batch of copies with some glitchy old ones being in circulation still.

Not psyched about the ringy sub bass on A1 and B1. Overtones in the low-mids are missing as a result, making the lead sound anemic on these tracks. No glitches in my copy of Stars though; synths on this one are nice and bright so it was still worth it.

These tracks were recorded on either a 4-track or an 8-track analog tape recorder, so don't expect good sonics.

The glitch is definitely there, has been on 6 copies i've checked out, but if you don't notice it then don't listen too hard as once you've heard it, it may get on your nerves forever.

Don't fucking bother!!!! Great sounding remaster, but there's a horrible digital glitch right in the breakdown of 'Stars' (my favourite Fingers track!). so back to playing the original, even though now it sounds murky in comparison...did they not bother listening to their T.Ps??!

is v. strange - my copy was buggered, went to a different shop some months later and it had the same glitch - then over the weekend i asked my friend about it and he says his is fine too...super odd as it really doesn't seem like a pressing fault - the music actually goes out of time. i'm going to get another one and see!!

2014 repress sounds fine to me - can't hear any digital glitch on "Stars" or anything out of place - very satisfied with my copy.
