The original printing of the CD artwork and the disc gave the 4 tracks as follows:

(This similar to some other issues of the single including the slim jewel case version of 390 810-2/AMCD 810.)
Special stickers were designed to be placed over the track-listing on both disc and sleeve to correct the titles and order as shown in the track-listing here, which makes this version unique to other releases.
Some copies are found with track-listing corrected by sticker on disc but not on sleeve (and possibly vice versa.)

Reverse of disc has details of rights around rim of CD and indicates Made in England.

"A&M Records Ltd are the exclusive licencees for the UK" stated on disc label side and on sleeve.
