CD1 is supposed to comprise the complete gig (tracks 1-1 to 2-3) with the 3 encore songs (tracks 2-4 to 2-6) being on CD2. The second CD ("Special Limited Edition EP") was to have been issued with the first 1,000 copies only. However, all released copies appear to have both CDs with the first eight tracks on CD1 and the others on CD2. The first 11 songs are numbered 1 to 11 on the packaging, but the remaining 3 are unnumbered. Incorrect song titles are as listed on the cover artwork. "Totally Wired" is called "Totally Twisted" on the disc label. Track 2-2 is actually "Hexen Definitive" and does not include the "Strife Knot" section of the song, despite the title.
