Vic Chesnutt - Is The Actor Happy? flac mp3 download

Finally, this has been reissued and you won't have to spend upwards of 100 plus dollars for it! I listened to this reissue through decent-ish bookshelf speakers and it sounds quite nice. I have yet to listen to it on headphones for surface noise and any other pressing imperfections, so take my initial assessment with a grain of salt. The only real gripe I have with this reissue is the art. It appears to have been lifted from the CD version which contains different artwork than the original vinyl pressing. New West Records, you are welcome to respond to that and prove me wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right. Anywho, I recommend this reissue for two reasons: 1. sound passes my initial test 2. the price in comparison to what an original is going for. Oh, and I guess bonus tracks!

The artwork is indeed different as I have the original issue. The artwork is the same as the cd release. I would also point out that the artwork reproduction is really poor quality, washed out and blurred. Take a look at Vic's face on the back of the reissue and compare to the cd artwork.
