Agreed with below - the fit of the records into the outer cover is pretty tough. Otherwise its a gorgeous package of just beautiful music. The whole package doesnt fit into traditional size 10" clear record sleeves btw.

Excellent , a deeply satisfying listening experience. Crackling noise a nice touch to remind me of former times. Rather alive this one

This is one of the most gorgeous records in my collection, and a welcome addition since hearing Kjartan's "Cage a Swallow Can't You but You Can't Swallow a Cage" and "Credo". The super sturdy cover does make it rather difficult to get the records back in, and you won't find your download card unless you upturn the cover and knock it out. My copy has quite a bit of surface noise, hopefully just from dust/fibers shed from the cover (I haven't cleaned it yet). Even if it's an issue with the pressing for some reason, I'd still highly recommend it, as the music is too beautiful to care about some static.

i also use the same method to put the records back in the cover. However, unless nobody mentioned, I would not make an issue out of it.

I did - have to use both hands, and slowly kind of walk it down with thumb and forefinger on each side just above the cover opening, with the cover resting on a level surface. Pushing it in with one hand on the outer edge will never work. I wonder if getting a thinner inner record sleeve would help too.

Trying to put the records back in the cover is driving me nuts too - have you been able to ever actually put them back in ? I have given up for now as I fear ripping it.

I am just listening to this 4- act opera. This is some modern musical piece that combines classical elements along some ethereal choir. The opera is not too lengthy, so you do not get easily bored. There are original elements in the opera, so there is musical value. The cover of the two 10 inch lps is sturdy and feels amazing when you grab it in your hands. This is money well spent in my opinion given that the quality is outstanding and far superior than plenty other lps asking the same amount of money. The lp as a physical object can be a highlight in any vinyl collection.Verdict: Recommended.

Wonderful emotional music from the very talented Kjartan Sveinsson. The gatefold cover is beautiful, making it a treasure to behold. Only thing is I'm finding it very difficult to put the records back in the cover as they are very tight fitting, to the point that I fear causing damage. Anyone else having this issue ?By the way - look out for the digital download card inside the cover. Took me a while to locate mine hiding deep inside one of the record compartments.
