simione001doesnt RE indicate a REpress? So its not the original?No, "RE" is a notation vinyl mastering engineers use--literally etch into the lacquer master--to indicate a RE-cut of the master. It has nothing to do with pressing.There are many many many reasons for re-cuts of the master. The vinyl you have is the original pressing made from the first master used, which happened to be a re-cut master.
