Sleeve stated "Plan 11 P.O.Box 859, New Plymoth,003855" and "Jacket made in New Zealand" but this actually came from an German source.

I'd be interested to list the #'s of the Marble Grey editions of this release, if there are in fact, only 60 copies, this seems reasonable. My copy is #011, one for sale on this site says that it's grey marble and is #951, which confuses me, but i'll add it to the list:
