This collection presents all existing concert recordings made by the incomparable Nina Simone from her very first preserved live set in 1959, up to 1961. They consist of the complete LPs:- "At Town Hall" (Colpix CP409), a real breakthrough in Nina’s career,
- "Nina Simone at Newport" (Colpix SCP412)
- "At the Village Gate (Colpix SCP421)"
All other known music recorded during the latter engagement but not included on the original LP has been added here.
