The packaging on this promo is not standard as the black flap on the left, with the artist and song title, is held in place by a glue strip underneath. This requires peeling the flap with a fingernail and then folding open the 4-panel gatefold to get at the CD. Would have made more sense to have used velcro as the glue holds a bit too well causing tearing each time the package is opened and "goo" on the sleeve–possibly making reference to the album name.(?). If you find this in your travels, you may want to keep the disc outside the cover inside a plastic sleeve.
