This Volcano release uses a sleeve that still contains the Zoo logo and old Category 72445-11027-1 while the label has the Volcano logo and the updated Category.

PA "Explicit Content" sticker (a smaller one) appears on the bottom right of the front cover and is placed on cover (under shrink).
Sealed in old style with horizontal shrink overlap visible on back (slightly narrow than on Tool - Opiate)
Inner sleeves and labels are plain white.
Name of the band and record title appears on spine.

Side B is double cut.

This release is almost identical to Tool - Opiate but it has 7 2445-11027-1 6 barcode and do not contains text "Printed in the U.S.A." on back cover. Also cover tint is most grayish and least reddish from all releases.
