Some legends live up to their promise and the "hype" - some don't! Of course it all depends on what you like and where you're coming from. Änglabarn were touted as a lost legend of Swedish psych. Psych can be good, or just mean anything that's late 60's pop to some people! If you put the strong very Swedish vocals aside, these basically sound much like the Moody Blues, or even Barclay James Harvest. Mellow and dated, and not much psych that I can detect.

Balladolbine

One of the most sought after Swedish popsike/psych records finally on CD! Änglabarn is the band where Swedish 80s pop icon Dan Tillberg made his musical debut in 1973 with a combination of Procul Harum and John Holm's Sordin and subtle lyrics. Änglabarn has sold for thousand of crowns on the collector market but is now finally avaliable for the enthusiasts of swedish 70s musical heritage. Remastered by danish hippie legend Tömrerclaus and the two tracks from their only 7:inch as bonus.
