Pretty sure this release has serious pressing problems. Bought a brand-new, sealed copy and there's a ton of noise on it. A pity, because otherwise this is a superlative reissue, with top-notch curation and liner notes.

Yeah, I did get a replacement. First LP was flawless, second was nearly as bad as the first copy I'd bought (though a little better). Labels say manufactured by Omnian Music Group.
