Top of the line mid-90s peak hour acid trance ep from deepest germany. A side is really more a trancecore affair starting with some ambient textures and vocal snipets for the first couple of minutes before a fast bass drum kicks in. Nice 303 work and a lengthy beatless interlude keep things interesting. Flip over for B2 and you are greeted with a good deal more drive including a heavier kick, more percussion and punchier acid, especially from 3 minutes onward. B1 is the true stormer on this bit of wax though. Good old school trance is all about layers, and this track has plenty. Multiple synth lines build, one on top of another, cutting in and out, taking you on a trip through yesteryear. The is the kind of stuff I cut my teeth on years ago at rave parties when I was 17 and for that reason alone still find totally enthralling.
