US-manufactured first issue release for Sweden, but on CBS, instead of Columbia. This release has the same US matrix numbers as the first US issue. Sleeve is also similar to that of the US issue; matt outer sleeve with the back cover liner notes on black print. Comes with a matt, maroon inner sleeve of rather thick cardboard, with the catalogue number "69097" printed on white on the bottom corner. However, in this release all mentions and logos of "Columbia" have been replaced with "CBS".
